Great post. I find these sort of things especially important if you don’t have a couple of days at your destination to get over the jet lag.
My favourite: Noise cancelling head phones and a sleep mask right after a couple quiet beers.
Great tips. I have terrible problems sleeping on planes, night or day and sleeping pills/alcahol never work, so I will definetely try this tea.

I like to travel light so all of those things will be extra baggage for me. The only thing I need for an overnight flight is a good shoulder to lean on. Then I can pretty much sleep through anything.
What I find most effective is an upgrade
Wonderful blog! I found it while browsing on Yahoo News. Do you have any suggestions on how to get listed in Yahoo News? Wine Bottle Coolers. I’ve been trying for a while but I never seem to get there! Many thanks
