It’s official. Kim and I have drank more cocktails (around the world) than anyone else on the planet. It’s true. We’ve actually done the research.

This coveted distinction makes us total experts in this field.

Soooooooo…….

We decided to create our newest brand – Jet Set Cocktails.

For now they are recipes. Soon they will be real live products that you can get off the shelf.

Our first cocktail is the “Jet Set Mojito”.

This one comes from the beautiful island of Paros, Greece.

It’s called the Jet Set Mojito!

Here’s the recipe:

A Bit Of Background First:
There are really just 5 ingredients: fresh mint, rum, lime, and carbonated water.
Note – Simple Syrup will ruin this cocktail. Only use raw sugar.

What You Will Need:
-Fresh mint
-Limes (one for each drink)
-2 fl oz of Bacardi Superior light (let’s try and keep you lean AND hammered:)
- Club Soda
-2 tablespoons of raw sugar

Step 1
Cut the limes into quarters and pick the mint leaves off of the stems.

Step 2
Get a good “muddler” and a sturdy glass. The cocktail’s success depends on the blending of the lime and mint.

Step 3
Muddle a generous pinch of the mint, three lime wedges and the raw sugar in the bottom of a tall mojito glass.

Fill the glass with 2 ounces of rum – with the ice, the glass should appear about 3/4 of the way full.
